INDEPENDENCE CELEBRATIONS AT ICM

As part of the planned activities for 2015, ICM proceed to its next marketing programs for October, the month of Nigeria’s Independence. The Independence Celebrations will be threefold this year and are highlighted below.  

THE INDEPENDENCE CONCERT (01 OCT FROM 11AM)

This is a one day event to engage shoppers that visit the mall on Independence Day. This will happen at a designated area at the car park with DJs battling it out, freestyling sessions by rappers, live performances by recording artistes, comedy and much more. This is in collaboration with City FM’s “Salute the Flag” campaign. It will be a celebration of everything Nigeria at 55. You do not want to miss this. Also, get the chance to meet with your favourite OAPs as City FM and ICM lock down the mainland with this concert.

INDEPENDENCE PHOTO CONTEST (01 OCT FROM 12 NOON)

This also happens on Independence Day and here’s how you can participate. There will be an ICM booth equipped with social media stations which allows you instantly upload branded pictures onto twitter, Facebook, Instagram or email. The booth will also wirelessly print branded pictures taken on your mobile devices. As you take selfies of yourself and friends, do add a brief goodwill message to Nigeria at 55 with the promoted hashtag #Nigeria55inICM.  

Only messages with the promoted hashtag will be considered for this contest. Some shoppers will get instant ICM branded photos with the Independence theme as souvenirs and this is entirely at the discretion of the Brand Ambassadors. The best photos uploaded will be selected as winners of this contest.

Prizes up for grabs include N10,000 cash, airtime credit, movie tickets and Independence goody bags including key rings, mugs and more. Be sure you and your crew look dapper in every shot uploaded. This definitely helps. And do not leave anyone out. From family members, to best friends as long as they’re photogenic and increase your chances of being selected as one of the winners.

 INDEPENDENCE PROMO (01 OCT - 09 0CT)

To participate, just purchase from any ICM store items up to the value of N20,000 or more on a single purchase receipt and drop them in dedicated boxes placed at the 3 entrances into the mall.

 The Independence Concert and photo contest will hold 01 October while the independence promo will commence that same day to Friday 9 October, 2015. The raffle will hold 10 October the next day and winners will be contacted. So get ready to shop and be rewarded! 

INDEPENDENCE PROMO CASH PRIZE

Three (3) lucky winners will emerge at a finale draw on 10 October 2015.

–      (Grand Cash prize) N100,000.

–       Two other winners will get N25,000 each and ICM independence branded souvenirs.

In total, 55 lucky winners will emerge from the Independence Celebrations. Good luck to all participants.
