An initiative of Switly's signature aimed at helping people living with the sickle cell disease in Nigeria and promoting active awareness for people held the second edition of the event tagged Life to sickle cell 2.0 at Ikeja City Mall.
The event was held 10th June 2017. It made an exhibition for sickle cell warriors in business called Warriorpreneurs. The exhibition had a plethora of products and free genotype testing for people we were interested in knowing their status.
It kicked off by 12:45 and by 6:00pm it ended. t was a time to learn and unlearn the fables surrounding the sickle cell disease. There was donation from the public to help give drugs to those who can't afford basic sickle cell drugs to help fight their immune system
It was a great,impactful and selfless event.
