At an exciting Children’s Day weekend from Friday
27 to 28 May, parents, guardians and everyone that lives with kids and for kids,
come celebrate this special day at ICM. A few activities have been lined up to
mark this wonderful day and the weekend for your young ones and the family.
Here are some things to look out for as you celebrate Children’s Day in
ICM.
THE LEGO PLAY AREA & OTHER CHILDREN RELATED EXHIBITIONS

There will be entertaining
and engaging events at the various exhibition courts including pop-up
activities from exhibitors such as Emirates for the young ones. Clay molding,
puppet shows, craft corner and storytelling. Let the young prodigies showcase
their creativity in the Lego play area at Atrium one (in front of MRP). Dora
the explorer and Spongebob will be doing a meet and greet session as well. Parents
and guardians should grab the opportunity to take a photograph with either or
both. There will be face painting and a spelling bee contests amongst a throng
of activities at ICM this children’s day!
This Children’s Day
event is also for fans of masked vigilantes, Disney favourites and other superheroes!
Amongst the list include: Ben 10, Princess Elsa, The Avengers, Batman, Minions
and more. Kids can bask in superhero fantasy as they take pictures by the photo
wall. There will also be cool face
painting and kids can show off to their friends,
and many more fun activities lined up. So… lights, camera action!

DEMOCRACY DAY PLUS GIVEAWAYS!
Democracy Day falls on a
Sunday and will extend to Monday, and here is calling on everyone and visitors
of ICM to ensure ICM is the confirmed destination to hang out with friends and families.
You will be asked to spin the wheel and quizzed on certain categories regarding
Democracy. Participants must score at least 7 out of 10 questions to win prizes
including Democracy themed souvenirs.
There will be giveaways
such as shopping vouchers, toys courtesy Shoprite, Coldstone, and Lego. Also up
for grabs include movie tickets with free popcorn and drinks. The ticket
permits movies in its premier week. Children selected as winners from the
spelling bee contest will get treats as well and that’s on us.
The Children and Democracy Day events are proudly
